A Little Opinion
Wikister sent me a link to an interesting article in thestockmasters.com about ZGEN. Just want to post here my opinion.
Based on the data, I will be surprised if the FDA rejects RhThrombin. However, the drug is not going to be a blockbuster. The current bovine(cow) based thrombin market is only about $200 million/annum, while ZGEN's human based thrombin is (relatively) safer, it has to steal market share from that small pie. I doubt that RhThrombin is going to be anywhere close to $1billion/year drug. That's probably why the market are not responding too much to positive news from RhThrombin. I think the stock will be more sensitive to data from Atacicept, its earlier stage product, because of its blockbuster potential. --K Hartandi 17:16, 21 February 2007 (PST)
