AAB-001 to Phase III Rumor
- Someone posted a rumor on Investor Village that the University of Texas Hospital has signed a contract for the Phase III trial of AAB-001, Elan & Wyeths lead Alzheimer drug.

AAB 001 Rumor Follow-up
- Interesting, I think AAB 001 could become a value driver in the long term. Elanwmmr, do you know if or when Elan will release data for the Phase II trials? I checked clinicaltrials.gov and it says that the study completion date was supposed to be April 2008. If they do plan a phase III already, there must be encouraging data. I am just curious about AAB-001's efficacy and safety compared to the halted AN-1792. Maybe not a bad time to get in ELN for the long term. But I think the main driver for price (and volatility) for ELN at this time is still how Tysabri performs compared to Wall Street's expectation. --Khartand 19:22, 5 December 2006 (PST)
