Advanced Micro Devices is in an ongoing lawsuit against Intel alleging that Intel violated the Sherman Act by providing secret discounts and rebates to AMD's clients. AMD has filed 78 class action lawsuits against Intel, alleging anti-trust violations in America and Japan. AMD seeks at least $55 million in damages; the suit is ongoing since 2005.^[2]
